Personal training includes ongoing goal setting and consistent progress monitoring to ensure that you’re achieving your ultimate result. Your personal trainer will be with you every step of the way along your fitness journey, holding you accountable for every session, exercise, set and rep whilst ensuring correct technique and safety and most importantly, helping you with that little extra motivation that is often what is lacking in the recipe for success.
