Our personal training sessions are individually prescribed specific to your training goals and past exercise experience. We can tailor your sessions for weight loss, toning, reshaping, strength & fitness. Sessions can be conducted outdoors, in our training studio or feel free to take advantage of our mobile service* and let us come to you.
Personal training includes ongoing goal setting and consistent progress monitoring to ensure that you’re achieving your ultimate result. Your personal trainer will be with you every step of the way along your fitness journey, holding you accountable for every session, exercise, set and rep whilst ensuring correct technique and safety and most importantly, helping you with that little extra motivation that is often what is lacking in the recipe for success.
